Solutions:
1. A no-cost in-school instructional program for grades kindergarten through eight grade supporting Title IV Part A.
2. Teaching learning methods, mentoring, and health and wellness sessions and where necessary counseling/behavioral services. Includes academic tutoring, mentorship, group talk, arts and STEAMO (science, technology, engineering, arts, math, and outdoor) activities. See highlights from Atlas Club.
3. COVE meets one day a week for elementary and middle school students at particular schools.
4. Dedicated and qualified staff to provide programs and services to students.
